1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Clipsify platform ("Clipsify", "we", "us", or "our") at clipsify.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating a Clipsify account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Clipsify credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Creator Submissions & Campaign Rules

Creators participating in promotional campaigns agree to the following standards:

  • Submissions must be legitimate video links hosted on supported platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Content must comply with applicable community guidelines and platform terms of the host network.
  • Artificial view generation, bot traffic, automated engagement, or fraudulent inflation of metrics is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification and account termination.
  • Campaign guidelines set forth by sponsoring brands (such as mandatory hashtags or brand tags) must be honored.

4. Earnings & Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on verified view counts and campaign rate structures. Payouts are issued according to platform thresholds and payment processing timelines. Clipsify reserves the right to review, withhold, or adjust earnings associated with fraudulent or invalid views.

5. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the original videos they create. By submitting a clip to a campaign, you grant Clipsify and the sponsoring brand a non-exclusive license to track, review, and display performance metrics related to the campaign. The Clipsify logo, design, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of Clipsify.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent view manipulation, attempt unauthorized security breaches, or abuse other users or brands.
